| Description: | Stop the discharges of untreated sewage (black water)and graywater from gambling boats into nearshore waters along the Florida coast. Require the boats to treat sewage to an acceptable standard or use port pumpout facilities. The campaign includes public education, letters to port commissioners and state representatives, and support of state legislation to regulate gambling boat discharges. |
