Minnesota Surfers & Friends Unite!

Waveriders throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin are a rare breed of surfer, many traveling hundreds of miles to find waves, and braving all kinds of temperatures to surf Lake Superior and the other Great Lakes, at all times of the year.  We originally hail from all over the U.S., even Hawaii and Australia, and often surf elsewhere, too. But we really appreciate our own freshwater waves, and believe that our states' water resources and coastlines are a real gift!  Our involvement in the Surfrider Foundation is all about giving back. Please join us to support our mission and programs! Photo: Laddie Strozk at Stoney Point, photo by Brian Stabinger.
