The south end of Sea Island should not be developed. There needs to be a public hearing and the permits should not be issued.

Absentee developers are trying to develop 7 acres of land in an eroding part of the south tip of Sea Island called the Spit.  The Atlanta Chapter is working to prevent the issuance of building permits on this ecologically sensitive and important parcel of land on the Georgia Coast.
