Day Cruise Statistics
The Florida gambling ship industry as a whole clocked 4.3 million passengers last year--and most of them were retirees, who like the 11 a.m. weekday cruises, and capacity tourist crowds on weekends, most of them from Orlando. It takes 45 minutes to get out to the three-mile limit where gambling is legal.
