Bad craziness in the Gulf Coast: Setting the sea on fire

Anytime I hear things like "The Coast Guard is preparing to set the ocean on fire" I get concerned.

Containment of the recent Gulf spill isn't working.

The spill is now thousands of square miles in size. So... let's set it on fire. Um. What!?
