Jack, Donovan, G Love and Rocinha

One of the more touching films I've seen was Surfing Favela. It's the story of a Rio slum, surfing and a few people making a huge difference in kids lives. Surfrider Brazil is one of the parties involved with this group.
Last year they coordinated a very memorable visit by Jack Johnson. a clip of that is below... (Jack segment starts at 4:11)
This past week Donnie, G Love and crew showed up and connected with the SF Brazil crew and played a set for the Rocinha crew.
Perhaps a new definition of re-creation.
