Photosynth activist tool

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, click on this and tell me how many words you think it's worth. Photosynth is a tool that let's you take tens, hundreds or even thousands of photos and automatically stitch them together.

This enables you to do more than document how a sea wall looks from one angle, it allows you to "walk through" the photos and capture nuances, details and explain them within a larger physical context. Our very own Mark Rauscher captured this seawall construction in Carlsbad, Ca.

Photosynth is worth a million words. Better yet, it's worthy enough to use as a tool to preserve our coastlines... which are priceless.
