Santa Cruz bans polystyrene foam

You can just feel things tipping... serving food or coffee in a Styrofoam container in Santa Cruz, California, will soon be illegal.Nice.
No exemptions are allowed under the new ban on all polystyrene food packaging, commonly known as Styrofoam, that passed unanimously by the City Council Tuesday night.
Kudos Santa Cruz!
