The Surfrider Foundation's national bimonthly publication, MAKING WAVES, is an educational and public awareness tool for the foundation. Article topics published in MAKING WAVES cover subjects such as Chapter news and victories of environmental and scientific topics. In 1996, MAKING WAVES received a "Gold Award of Excellence" from the Natural Resources Defense Council International Eco Awards Committee. Here's the online version.
