18th Annual Ho'okipa Surf Classic 2007
In Memory of Justin Roberson
A benefit for Surfrider's
Campaign to "Save the Waves at Ma'alaea"
and Ho'okipa student native planting projects
Sat. & Sun., Jan. 14 & 15 rain dates: Jan. 20 & 21
 
Proceeds from the surf contest and post-contest t-shirt sales will be donated to the Surfrider Foundation, Maui Chapter’s Ma’alaea Action Plan in memory of Maui surfer Justin Roberson. Roberson died as a result of a traffic accident in 1989 at the age of 19 while surfing the California leg of the World Qualifying Series. Contest T-shirts were sponsored by Da-Kine Hawaii and a $2,500 doantion from Volcom Stone.
