Higgins Beach Parking Lot Status

Thanks to the generous financial commitments from our partners, the Town of Scarborough and Land for Maine's Future, we are just $25,000 away from purchasing the Higgins Beach parking lot and providing access to Higgins Beach FOREVER !   We have until March 15, 2010 to raise this last bit of funding.   Think about how you use Higgins Beach, what it means to you, and how it would make you feel to know it was forever preserved.  Further, with Surfrider involved you can be sure that this property will always be a home to surfers.
