Keep the North Shore Country

is a non-profit organization working to preserve, protect and enhance the heritage and rural character of the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, in partnership with communities from Kaena Point to Kahaluu. You can donate via Surfrider at https://www.surfrider.org/surfrider_membership/donate/ by entering "Keep the North Shore Country" in the Specific Memorial Fund field to make sure it goes to this cause.

Defend Oahu Coalition

works toward one goal: protecting communities along the North Shore from the dangerous effects of large scale development. Visit their news page for the latest information on their events and efforts to address North Shore development.

The North Shore Community Land Trust

works to acquire and protect North Shore land with open space value. It is currently working to protect the 1,129 acre Pupukea Paumalu coastal bluff that overlooks the world's most famous surfing breaks on the North Shore.
