Sunday Fundays to Save the Waves
Date of Event: Sundays
Time: 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Location: Davey Jones’ Locker Room, On-the-Boards at the Inlet Parking Lot, Ocean City, MD

  • Guest Bartenders from Local Area Restaurants and other notable locals
  • Bartenders will compete for a $1,000 Grand Prize based on total sales
  • Great prizes from local Ocean City businesses will be awarded for highest donations collected including checks, cash, 50/50 raffles and mini-banner sales.
  • Surfrider merchandise available for purchase
  • Discounts for Ocean City restaurant and service industry employees

Beach Clean-Up/Community Surfice

Location: Castle in the Sand, 37th St., Ocean City, MD
This is an OC Surfrider clean water awareness initiative.
Join OC Surfrider and community groups such as the Ocean City Beach Patrol, Stephen Decatur High School, Jr. Red Cross, Chauncey's Surf Shop staff, Salisbury University's Sigma Pi fraternity, the Annapolis Surf Club, and Camp Odyssey and  in cleaning up the beach. Holiday Surfer Social

Join us to celebrate a successful 10th year of protecting Ocean City area beaches. No cover, just a good time, good music, and great food. Sponsored by Sysco Foods and OC-SRF and hosted, of course, by the BULL on the BEACH.

Coming in 2010

  • Spring Luau with the Maryland Coastal Bays Program, Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Seacrets.
  • 10th Longboard Challenge for June 11, 12, 13th at the Castle in the Sand Hotel. We welcome the addition of another local sponsor: John Fager has graciously offered his beautiful restaurant to host both our Friday Night “O.C. Legends” Party and our “Life Is Better” After Party.
