Nancy is a Marketing and Engagement maven. She leads the team responsible for all aspects of communications, membership, branding and marketing, to develop strategies that will increase opportunities for engagement, grow membership and build awareness about Surfrider and its impact. Nancy previously worked at the Nature Conservancy, and before that, assisted with Hillary Clinton’s senate re-election campaign. She is the mother to the best dogs ever — her yellow-lab, Owen and her mutt, Miles — and she loves a challenge in both her professional and personal lives. She is a competitive runner and competes in everything from marathons to ultras-marathons.
