Adopt-A-Beach Program: Submit Debris Data
Thank you for helping the Surfrider Foundation keep our Outer Banks beaches clean!
We ask that you clean up your access area at least six times per year, and send over a debris data sheet which lists the items you found during your clean up. This information is compiled and sent to each town and may be used in national and regional research projects.
Click here to enter the information in online.
(Save Paper!)
Download this Word Doc, fill it in electronically (on your computer) and:
EMAIL it to scott@boldprintdesign.com
Download/Print this PDF file, fill it in by hand and:
FAX it to: 252-441-4691
or MAIL it to: 1403 Harrington Avenue
Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948
Sponsors are required to fill out data sheets each time an access is cleaned, and return it to the Surfrider Foundation. The data sheets record detailed information regarding types of debris and quantities found. This information is compiled and sent to each town and may be used in national and regional research projects.
