August 25, 2004: Sandy Beach Apartments Preliminary Hearing Held in Aguada Court

Rincón, PR After the defendants failed to appear in court on the originally scheduled date, the preliminary injunction hearing regarding the Sandy Beach Apartments was held in the Aguada courthouse on Wednesday August 25, 2004. Each side presented its arguments, provided evidence and called on witnesses for testimony. The judge did not make a ruling at the hearing, which lasted over seven hours, but instead ordered each party to provide a written memorandum of law in twenty days in support of its respective position.
