February 22, 2008 – ARPE “Paralyzes” Reina Del Mar Project
Rincón, PR – Following the August 29, 2007 hearing and subsequent investigation by the Ombudsman Carlos López Nieves, ARPE indefinitely suspended the permit for the Reina Del Mar condo project located next to the boat ramp because the project is located in a flood zone and the developers failed to disclose this detail or observe the stipulated setback requirements.
