Event Committee
Join other chapter
members in the design and execution of our major events. This
can include your help in putting together our Paddle Out event
in September or concerts and surf films. We need volunteers to
distribute flyers, make phone calls to sponsors and the media,
and to coordinate other volunteers on the days of the events. We
can also use your help in lining up speakers or other programs
for our General Meetings.

IV Parking
Do you ever park in Isla
Vista to access Devereux or Sands Beach? Are you worried
about the loss of local beach access? If so, this is a
big issue for you! The County is planning to place restrictions
on all parking in I.V. If you have time to attend meetings/hearings,
write letters, etc, or if you just want to be kept informed on
what is happening please let Cary know.
