Paddle Out for Clean Water Well Attended & Successful

The Paddle Out for Clean Water held on September 10th was successful in raising local awareness of practices that can threaten our clean water. After a brief presentation by Tony Totah, South Jersey Coordinator for Clean Ocean Action, attendees were encouraged to sign petitions asking the candidates for governor to adopt positions that are environmentally responsible. Finally, many attendees paddled out for a fantastic surf session while others stayed to enjoyed the brilliant sunny weather on the beach.
