Protect Texas Waterways from Plastic Discharges
End the discharge of pre-production plastics into Texas waterways.
The Texas Chapters of Surfrider Foundation are working to ensure that pre-production plastics (pellets, powders, and flakes) are regulated by the state, and furthermore that the state establishes a “zero discharge” mandate from facilities that make or process preproduction plastics to prevent harmful plastic pollution from negatively impacting Texas' natural resources.
