Love Beauty and Planet & Love Home and Planet are on a mission to inspire #smallactsoflove to make you and the planet a little cleaner, greener and more beautiful - and this World Oceans Day is no exception! We are partnering with them to co-host 27 beach cleanups with over 2,000 people nationwide to remove waste from our coastline with the hopes of inspiring positive personal habits to support a healthy ocean.
The beauty and homecare brands believe in the power and potential of small acts to create long-term change. Their ambition is to deliver brilliant care with the aim of leaving the planet a little more beautiful than they found it, so you can look good while doing good. Come by one of our beach cleanups on Saturday, June 8th to get involved. Did you know that if each American came together to clean up every mile of US coastline, we could remove up to 150 million pounds of trash from our shores?
As all beach cleanups, this is a free event open to the public. No RSVP is required. Volunteers will receive Love Beauty and Planet & Love Home and Planet swag.

This July, Love Beauty and Planet is launching new haircare products inspired by its commitment to protect the planet and its oceans. This Clean Oceans Editions collection is its first line of shampoos and conditioners proudly packaged in 100% ocean-bound plastic. The plastic for this collection’s bottles was entirely sourced within close proximity to coastlines, beaches, and waterways that would likely have ended up in our oceans.
Love Beauty and Planet & Love Home and Planet are committed to partnerships with organizations and people who, like us, love our planet and want to help preserve it for future generations. Love Beauty and Planet & Love Home and Planet take their impact on the planet very seriously and holds themselves accountable by tracking and taxing $40 per ton of Greenhouse Gas emitted during the creation, manufacture and distribution of products to a “Carbon Tax Fund.” This fund is used to support purposeful partnerships to help reduce carbon emissions and landfill waste.
