Chapters, East Region

Isabella joined the Surfrider team as the Northeast Regional Manager to lead and grow the chapter network in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Her expertise is in grassroots advocacy, volunteer organizing, and strategic environmental communications. Growing up in Long Beach, NY, among a family of avid surfers, Isabella was raised with a deep affinity for the ocean and our nation’s coastlines. In her most recent role, Isabella was the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Making History Campaign, where she oversaw marketing and outreach efforts to raise support for clean water initiatives and nature-based solutions across the Chesapeake Bay. She has a bachelor's degree in Communications, Women and Gender Studies, and Journalism from the University of Delaware. In her free time, Isabella can (and will usually) be found outside on a body of water, hiking, or playing her ukulele.
