Access Protected at Larsen’s Beach on Kauai
When Paradise Ranch tried to fence in a property that would block access to an area called Larsen's Beach, the Kauai Chapter joined a couple of other organizations to contest the permit they were granted. After trying to fight these legal challenges, Paradise Ranch chose to surrender the permit, and beach access was preserved.
