Operations

Jess joined the Surfrider Foundation in 2019 as the Operations and Compliance Manager supporting our chapter and club network.  A Southern California native and UCLA graduate, Jess came to Surfrider with over a decade of experience in human resources management and organizational compliance. Having recently moved back to Southern California after a five year stint along the Gulf Coast in New Orleans, Jess can be found back on the beach, paddling or hiking with her husband, two young boys and their pup, Buster!
