Guided by a deep appreciation for the natural world, Sarah comes to Surfrider with a passion for protecting our marine environments, with an emphasis on community building. After completing her undergraduate degree at McGill University, she went on to work between the worlds of research, marketing, and conservation before landing at Surfrider. When she's not picking up trash, she's probably outside with a dog or three in tow, exploring the Western U.S. Sarah also enjoys skiing, surfing, hiking, photography, and writing.
