Jen grew up surfing and sailing in the Gulf Coast waters of Pensacola, Florida. Seeing her community impacted firsthand by the 2010 BP oil spill reinforced how critical it was to protect our beaches and ensure communities have clean water. Jen leads global product marketing for Facebook’s brand video products, where she drives product strategy, development, and growth. She previously led Facebook’s product development for the Middle East and Africa, and has over a decade of experience building products that connect people and government policies. Prior to Facebook she served as a National Security advisor on Middle Eastern policy, and worked for Google Dot Org’s connectivity initiative in Rwanda. Jen graduated with honors from Stanford University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and currently lives with her husband in San Francisco, CA.
