From a very early age, Robby Fraser (RF) has been an avid surfer. He started surfing in the waters of Huntington / Newport Beach, eventually moving to Los Angeles in his mid-20’s. He can often be found surfing in the Malibu area.
Raised as the child of an airline exec, he has been traveling the world with his mother taking advantage of the flight benefits that were afforded to them. At 17, he started working at John Wayne Airport as a Ramp Agent in effort to continue receiving flight benefits to continue his passion of traveling all around the world.
RF graduated from Cal State University Long Beach in 1990 with a degree in communications. In 1994, he started in the mailroom at WME, which was the beginning of his long-lasting career in the music industry. In 1997, he was promoted to Music Agent – specializing in alternative, indie, and rock acts. He was promoted to Partner at WME in 2010. Since then, he’s continued to lead by example in his role in the Alternative Indie Rock Department at WME. In 2024, he will celebrate his 30th Year at WMA/WME.
RF is happily married to his wife Myla of 20 years who share two teenage daughters.
