Cait is an HR Generalist with experience supporting the full employee lifecycle across nonprofit and higher education environments. She previously worked at Lewis & Clark College, managing recruitment, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, and HR operations, and has supported multiple nonprofit organizations in day-to-day HR functions and compliance.

She grew up in San Diego and spends as much time as she can in and around the ocean, bodysurfing and swimming.
