As Surfrider’s Blue Water Task Force manager, Jaime is passionate about protecting the water. She grew up along the Canadian border in northern Minnesota and surfed in the icy waters of Lake Superior before moving to the East Coast. With a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, she has gained extensive experience addressing critical water quality issues through her previous roles with the National Park Service and various other environmental organizations. In her free time, Jaime enjoys surfing, kiteboarding, and spending time near the water with her family, friends, and dogs.
