In 2021, TravisMathew joined Surfrider as a partner in our mission to protect and enjoy our ocean, waves and beaches, in their backyard of Southern California and throughout the country.
Last September, TravisMathew launched their first-ever Eco Collection. Crafted with a focus on choosing more sustainable materials, the Eco Collection features fabric blends that use at least 98% organic cotton and at least 62% recycled polyester, designed to deliver the same uncompromising quality, prints, and patterns loyal customers have come to expect from TravisMathew styles. TravisMathew CEO, Ryan Ellis, said of the Eco Collection benefiting Surfrider's mission: “We know it’s important to do our part and we couldn’t be happier to join the fight for our planet’s health.” Check out the collection video here!
As a California brand, the health of our ocean has always been important to TravisMathew, so from September 20th through December 15th, 2021, they donated 100% of profits from our Eco Collection online and retail sales to Surfrider, in support of our mission to protect clean water and healthy beaches in California and beyond. Through support from their community, TravisMathew was able to donate over $145,000 to Surfrider.
